Accessibility
- The AppleVis test says VoiceOver reads all page elements, all buttons are clearly labelled, and the app is fully accessible and easy to use.
- The App Store 1.1.0 release notes describe a dedicated VoiceOver mode with one swipe stop per dog, event, store item, and exchange listing.
- Competitor, tier, theme, and breeding-parent choices can open as lists with short status text instead of only stepper-style controls.
- Actions such as Details, Compare, and Favorite are in the Actions rotor, and coin purchases can require confirmation before spending.
- Settings include Brief/Detailed screen modes, recent messages, and an accessibility guide covering rescue, breeding, kennel, nursery, dress-up, competitions, DNA Lab, Store, Collection, and Dog Exchange.
- Puppy Rescue has no timer, results are announced more calmly, and the game is offline with no ads or account requirement.
Known limitations
- Accessibility is documented for VoiceOver on iPhone. Mac and Apple Vision Pro are listed as compatible, but were not separately confirmed in the checked sources.
- The App Store requires iOS 26.0 or later, and iTunes lookup found the game in the US but not Norway or the UK when checked.
- Apple's new App Store accessibility field is blank, so this verdict relies on AppleVis, release notes, and App Store reviews rather than Apple's own accessibility-feature list.
- Dress-up uses props that can visually be dragged, resized, and rotated. Sources say dress-up is covered in the accessibility guide and has VoiceOver improvements, but I have not independently tested every prop action.
- Norwegian language support is not confirmed.
Price/status
Free with optional in-app purchases. The App Store describes no ads, no account, and offline play; purchases are shortcuts/extras such as Genome Loom, Quick Compete, and coin packs.
Available on the US App Store when checked on 14 October 2026. A Norwegian App Store lookup returned no result.
