Accessible Letter Soup 2.0 returns with VoiceOver and saved puzzles

In short

Accessible Letter Soup is back on the App Store in version 2.0. The word-search game works with VoiceOver on iPhone and iPad and lets players save unfinished puzzles.

Players can choose grids from 6 by 6 to 14 by 14 letters and search for words horizontally, vertically, and diagonally. Board colors, font, letter case, and coordinate labels can be adjusted. A clue is available when a word is difficult to find.

Version 2.0 adds new word collections, saved games, an in-app manual, and lessons explaining what the sounds mean. Music and sound effects can be adjusted, while the App Store also lists a dark interface, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, and information that does not rely on color alone.

The game costs US $0.99 in the US App Store, requires iOS or iPadOS 18, and has word collections in English, Spanish, and Italian. The version 2.0 and VoiceOver details come from the developer and the App Store; we found no independent playthrough of the new version.
