Glydr combines foot and hand controls into one virtual controller

In short
Glydr’s foot controller now has a beta feature called Controller Translation. On PC, it can merge Glydr with a handheld or adaptive controller so a game sees them as one controller.
Players choose whether the virtual device behaves like an Xbox 360 or DualShock 4 controller. An input can remain available on both Glydr and the other controller, allowing feet to take over selected actions without removing the matching hand controls. The setup can also work with devices including the Xbox Adaptive Controller, PlayStation Access controller, and QuadStick.
The feature is part of Glydr Control Panel 1.1.2 and requires the open-source ViGEmBus tool. The control panel must remain open while translation is active. Glydr says this approach is intended to avoid problems in games that do not accept several control types at once.
There are known beta issues. Reconnecting can leave Glydr inputs stuck, while DualShock 4 and DualSense controllers may lose touchpad functions. Players who depend on those functions should keep a working fallback control setup while trying the beta.
