Forza Horizon 6
Open-world racing with screen reader/narration, AutoDrive, Anna, What’s Next, full driving assists, high contrast, Proximity Radar, and audio cues.
Short verdict
Low-vision racing fans and blind players who want to explore with AutoDrive and assists. A blind reviewer calls it the most accessible Forza Horizon yet, but still misses Forza Motorsport’s Blind Driving Assist.

Accessibility
- Screen reader/narration reads text, buttons, and other UI elements according to Forza Support.
- AutoDrive can be started through Anna on the D-pad after setting a map waypoint; this applies to Horizon Life Free Roam.
- Anna and What’s Next can help point you toward the next activity or goal.
- Full driving assists let blind players cruise by holding throttle, according to Victor Dima’s blind-player review.
- Car Proximity Radar can show nearby cars and has optional audio cues in Gameplay & HUD.
- Granular high contrast can make roads, the player car, other cars, and world elements easier to see for low-vision players.
- Offline Game Speed can slow the game without changing audio, useful for more reaction time.
Known limitations
- Forza Motorsport’s Blind Driving Assist is not confirmed for Horizon 6, and Victor Dima says it is still missing for totally blind players.
- AutoDrive is documented for free roam, not as a complete solution for races or every activity.
- I did not find firm confirmation of cinematic audio descriptions; ASL/BSL is described as post-launch support, but does not directly help screen-reader users.
- This is still a fast, visual racing game. Test through Game Pass or a refund option if you need full no-sight playability.
- The PlayStation 5 version was not released at the time checked and should be assessed separately at launch.
