Accessibility
- Countries, recipes, and global search use standard text fields, select boxes, and buttons with visible labels.
- Preparation can be performed with the “Perform current action” button, so touch gestures have a button alternative.
- The game uses an aria-live status area for instructions, completed actions, and important messages.
- Cooking has dedicated buttons for total time remaining and time until the next intervention.
- Interventions and final stop can be activated with a normal button when required.
- A manifest and service worker support Home Screen-style installation and offline use after first load.
Known limitations
- Timers are not announced continuously by themselves. You must press the time buttons for updated time, and an AppleVis comment reports the same limitation.
- Current evidence is an AppleVis forum thread plus technical inspection of the web page; I did not find an official accessibility page or longer independent review.
- Only English is confirmed.
- Offline use requires the game to be loaded first in a browser that supports service workers.
