- The setup screen uses a labelled text field for the realm name and a standard Begin button.
- The game is built with semantic HTML, a main landmark, headings, sections, buttons, select boxes, and an aria-live region for announcements.
- Common actions have keyboard shortcuts: E establishes a settlement, A advances to the next Age when requirements are met.
- The v1.2.0 resource panel uses a definition list with production, consumption, and status for each active resource.
- Settings include dark/light theme, larger text, and optional sound. Sound is short tones, off by default, and does not replace screen-reader announcements.
- No combat, timers, fail state, drag-and-drop, spatial navigation, or color-only information is required.
Known limitations
- Only English text is confirmed.
