navigation prototype
Short audio-navigation prototype where you use Space and Arrow keys to find three targets with left/right audio and muffled audio for south.
Short verdict
Blind and low-vision players who want to test a small idea for audio-led target finding. Treat it as a feedback prototype, not a complete game.

Accessibility
- The player can turn on a black screen with Return to block visual help while testing.
- Space activates navigation to the next target; the Arrow keys move the character.
- A water-like sound is positioned left or right of the player to indicate direction.
- When the sound becomes more muffled, the developer says the target is south/below the player.
- A “yay” sound confirms that the target has been reached. There are three stationary targets.
- HTML5 build and Windows download are available on itch.io.
Known limitations
- This is a very small prototype with three targets, not a finished game or a complete open world.
- I found no screen-reader or self-voicing support inside the game; the itch.io page and browser frame must be handled outside the prototype itself.
- The developer says there are no in-game volume options, so lower system volume before starting.
- The browser version may require the game frame to be started/focused before keyboard input works.
- I found no independent blind-player comments or community testing yet; the rating is based on itch.io documentation and inspection of the HTML5 build.
- Norwegian language support is not confirmed.
